What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site is deliberately simple: there is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking across other sites. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.

Who we are
KBM Air is a practice of KBM Solved IT LLC. For anything on this page, write to air@kbmsolvedit.net.
What the demo-request form collects
When you submit the form on the contact page, we receive:
- Your name and work email address — both required, because otherwise we cannot reply.
- Your organisation and role, if you provide them.
- The product you selected, if any, and whatever you wrote in the message field.
- The IP address the submission came from and your browser’s user-agent string, recorded with the submission for abuse prevention.
The form also includes a hidden field that is never shown to you. Automated submissions tend to fill it in; real submissions leave it empty. That is the only bot detection on this site, and it collects nothing about you.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to arrange a demonstration or scoping call. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a demo request.
Where it goes
Submissions are written to a log file on the server hosting this site and emailed to the address above. If a deployment routes the form through a third-party form service instead, that service processes the submission on our behalf under its own terms — and the endpoint in use is configured at build time rather than hidden in the page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so that we have context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, without asking why.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and builds no profile of you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it will see your IP address as part of serving the font files; nothing is sent to it by us, and no identifier is attached. Everything else the page needs is served from this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to air@kbmsolvedit.net and we will act on it and confirm when it is done. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, exercising them costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
Security
The site is static and served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored server-side in a location that is not readable over the web. We hold no account credentials for you, because this site has no accounts.
Children
This is a business-to-business site aimed at aviation professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect or what we do with it, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. There is no version of this page that is only shown to some visitors.
